By purchasing from Luxe Waist Trainerz, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Product Use & Responsibility
Luxe Waist Trainers are designed to be worn gradually and safely. Customers are responsible for using the product correctly and following all recommended wear guidelines.
Recommended wear guidance:
Days 1–3: 1–2 hours per day
Days 4–7: 2–4 hours per day
After 1–2 weeks: Gradually increase wear time up to 6–8 hours maximum per day
Waist trainers must not be worn while sleeping
Waist trainers must not be worn for more than 8 hours per day
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in discomfort or skin irritation.
Health, Pregnancy & Medical Disclaimer
Luxe Waist Trainers are not intended for use during pregnancy. Pregnant individuals should not usewaist trainers at any stage of pregnancy.
For postpartum or post-surgery use, customers must consult with a qualified healthcare professional before wearing a waist trainer. Use should only begin once medical clearance has been given.
Luxe Waist Trainers does not provide medical advice and is not responsible or liable for complications, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from use during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or post-surgical recovery.
Skin Sensitivity, Allergies & Reactions
Individual skin types may react differently to materials.
Some of our products may contain latex. Customers with a known latex allergy or sensitivity should not use these products. Luxe Waist Trainerz is not responsible or liable for allergic reactionsrelated to latex sensitivity.
Skin irritation or reactions cannot be attributed to the product if:
The waist trainer has been worn for longer than the recommended time
The body has not been given sufficient time to adjust
Safe usage guidelines have not been follower
Customers are advised to discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Steel Boning & Safety Awareness
Our waist trainers contain steel boning designed to provide structure and support.
For safety reasons:
Products must be kept out of reach of children
Waist trainers are not toys and should not be handled or worn by minors
Do not bend, twist, or force the steel bones, as this may cause damage or injury
Discontinue use if any steel boning becomes exposed or damaged
Luxe Waist Trainers is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Care Instructions & Washing Disclaimer
Waist trainers must be hand washed only using mild detergent and air dried.
Do not:
• Machine wash
• Tumble dry
• Dry clean
• Iron
Luxe Waist Trainers is not responsible or liable for damage, deformation, or reduced effectiveness caused by improper washing, including machine washing or heat exposure.
Sizing & Measurement
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size before purchasing.
To assist customers:
A measuring tape is available
Personal sizing assistance is offered via Instagram DM or email
Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure of your size.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and infection control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any waist trainers or body garments, as these items cannot be resold once tried on or worn.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence so the issue can be assessed.
Claims made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Shipping Policy (UK)
All orders are processed and delivered within 4–6 business days within the UK after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.
